This rifle features a mid length gas system with a 16″ lightweight profile barrel and a heavy buffer. This AR 15 is made of Type III hard coated anodized aluminum aircraft grade, which is extremely durable. Springfield’s Accu-Tite tension technology mates the upper and lower receivers together, ensuring a rattle-free experience and greater accuracy. Flat-top designs include a compact set of folding backup iron sights that have plenty of rail space between them for accessories and optics.
